Our uncompromising commitment to quality means we use only pure, natural ingredients resulting in an explosion of gastronomically, flavorful macarons that are always gluten-free and are always without artificial flavors, colors (with the exception of special orders or specialty-shaped macarons) or preservatives.
With the exception of our caramel macarons,we use only chocolate (white and dark) ganaches to fill our macarons which provide a more superior and exquisite taste. You will never find buttercream in our macarons.
Our chocolates come from France and Belgium; our flavors are derived from locally sourced fruits, vegetables and spices; our unique marmalade and jam fillings are made in-house .
We offer classic flavors such as Chocolate and Salted Caramel as well as innovative flavors reflecting the diverse culture here in the bay area such as Black Sesame, Chili Mango, and Taro. Our macarons are customizable in a myriad of colors and flavors for special events as well.This Week's Flavors
